Initial Designations. The Company initially appoints the Trustee as each of the Registrar, the Paying Agent, Conversion Agent, and the Notes initially may be presented for registration of transfer or for exchange, payment, repurchase, redemption and conversion to the Trustee, in its capacity as the Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent, as the case may be, at the Corporate Trust Office. Notices and demands to, or upon, the Company with respect to the Notes and this Indenture may be served at the Corporate Trust Office.
