Initial Draft Report. Five copies of the Initial Draft Report shall be delivered to the USACE Archaeologist for review and comments by the USACE, State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO), and civilian authorities. The USACE must approve, in writing, the Initial Draft Report prior to production of the Final Draft Report, and may request any changes necessary to meet contract or professional requirements. Additional copies or changes in this scheme may be made in individual Task Orders. The reports must be complete with all figures, tables, and sections of the report.
