General Report Requirements. 5.2.2.1. Technical reports will provide a concise and factual discussion of the significant accomplishments and progress made during the reporting period. Each of the topics described below shall be addressed for the effort performed:  A comparison of actual accomplishments with the goals and objectives established for the period;  Reasons why established goals and objectives were not met, if appropriate;  Other pertinent information including, and when appropriate, analysis and explanation of cost variances;  A cumulative chronological list of written publications in technical journals, papers, or other presentations at meetings, conferences, seminars, etc. regarding the Research Project. All reports will identify resubmissions to publications, information, and/or notification of status of publication submissions; and  New discoveries, inventions, or patent disclosures, and specific applications stemming from the Research Project effort provided that such disclosures shall not compromise IP rights of the Government, Consortium, or Consortium Members.

General Report Requirements. 19.1.1 Whenever a written report is required under the Agreement, any such report shall be written in legible English.   • General Reporting Requirement If the total value of your currently active grants, cooperative agreements, and procurement contracts from all Federal awarding agencies exceeds $10,000,000 for any period of time during the period of performance of this Federal award, then you as the recipient during that period of time must maintain the currency of information reported to the System for Award Management (XXX) that is made available in the designated integrity and performance system (currently the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS)) about civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings described in paragraph 2 of this award term and condition. This is a statutory requirement under section 872 of Public Law 110-417, as amended (41 U.S.C. 2313). As required by section 3010 of Public Law 111-212, all information posted in the designated integrity and performance system on or after April 15, 2011, except past performance reviews required for Federal procurement contracts, will be publicly available.

  • ADDITIONAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor agrees to submit written quarterly reports to H-GAC detailing all transactions during the previous three (3) month period. Reports must include, but are not limited, to the following information:

  • Special Reporting Requirements County shall prepare and electronically submit, to xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx, written quarterly reports on the delivery of MHS 04 Services, no later than 45 calendar days following the end of each subject quarter for which financial assistance is awarded through this Agreement.   • Financial Reporting Requirements The Charter School shall follow the financial requirements of the Charter Schools Section of the Department’s Financial Management for Georgia Local Units of Administration Manual. The Charter School shall submit all information required by the State Accounting Office for inclusion in the State of Georgia Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.

  • Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.
