Common use of Initial Expenses Clause in Contracts

Initial Expenses. promptly on written demand, all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal fees and Taxes) incurred by the Lenders, the Arrangers and the Agent in connection with (i) the preparation, negotiation, syndication or entry into of this Agreement, and (ii) any amendment of, supplement to or waiver or consent in respect of this Agreement requested by or on behalf of the Borrower (whether or not entered into or given);
