Initial Membership and Composition. The Employee Shareholders Committee shall consist of three individuals. The initial Committee Members shall be Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”), Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company (the “COO”), and Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, the President, Investment Franchises of the Company (the “President”).
