Initial Officers. The initial Officers of the Company are set forth in Schedule 4 hereto. These initial Officers shall be appointed for a term of three years from the Closing, which term may be renewed by the Board of Directors. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the initial Officers shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and may be removed by the Board of Directors in its discretion at any time prior to the end of their three year terms pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof.
