Common use of Initial Officers Clause in Contracts

Initial Officers. The Member may elect one person to more than one position. The initial Officers shall take office upon the execution of this Agreement by the Member and shall be: Jose Lynch President and Chief Executive Officer Johx Xxxxxxxx Chief Financial Officer Roland Rapp Vxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Secretary The Member ox xxx Xxxxx of Managers may also appoint such additional officers, including a Treasurer, Assistant Treasurers, Assistant Secretaries and Vice Presidents, as it may deem advisable.
