PAYMENT AND CHARGES Details of all current fees and charges referred to in this section are stated in the Service and Price guide published by the Bank, copies of which are available on request. These Charges may be amended from time to time with 10 days prior notice to the Cardholder. Notice would be given through statement messages, website and/or notices published at our branches.
INTEREST AND CHARGES 7.1 If we do not receive your full payment of the current balance specified in the statement of account on or before the payment due date, you must pay daily interest at the rate of (i) S$3.00 per month or (ii) at the retail interest rate or cash interest rate (where applicable) as set out in the statement of account, whichever is the greater, on:-
Rates and Charges 6.3.1 Wholesale discounts for resold Telecommunications Services offerings are provided in Exhibit A. The Telecommunications Services offerings available for resale but excluded from the wholesale pricing arrangement in the Agreement are available at the retail Tariff, price list, catalog, or other retail Telecommunications Services offering rates. Telecommunications Services available for resale with or without a wholesale discount are subject to Commission-approved change, and any such changes shall apply from the effective date of such change on a going-forward basis only.

Costs and Charges 8.19.1 To protect the Landlord from loss arising from a claim that may be brought against the Tenant as a consequence of a breach by the Tenant of any covenant contained in this Agreement. Such loss shall be deemed to include any charges which the Landlord may reasonably incur in connection with proceedings in a court of law against the Tenant but without prejudice to a Tenant’s right to have such costs assessed by the relevant court.
OUR CHARGES 6.1 We charge a brokerage fee for our services (the “Fee”). Unless otherwise agreed and where we are not acting as principal, the Fee will be levied in accordance with our rates in effect at the time the Fees are incurred or as otherwise notified to you, verbally or in writing prior to dealing. Any alteration to these Fees will be notified to you at or before the time of the change.
Variation of interest and charges We are entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to vary or determine, at any time and from time to time, the amounts, rates, types and/or basis of calculation of all interests, fees and charges payable by you under this agreement after giving reasonable notice. Without prejudice to the foregoing, such notice of changes of interests, fees and charges may be contained in the statement of account, which shall be effective from such date as we may specify. We may debit the same to your card account and/ or request that you pay the same on demand as we may deem fit.
