INITIAL PROJECTED PAGE VIEWS. The initial projected number of page views per quarter will be established by mutual agreement of the Representative and Venture. In the event that the parties cannot agree upon an initial number of page views, then such minimum shall be based on the actual average quarterly number of page views over the previous two quarters.
