Initial Site Visit Clause Samples

The Initial Site Visit clause establishes the requirement for one or more parties to inspect a project site before commencing work or finalizing agreements. Typically, this clause outlines who must attend the visit, what aspects of the site should be reviewed, and may set a specific timeframe for the visit to occur. By ensuring that all relevant parties have firsthand knowledge of the site's conditions, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, allows for accurate planning, and reduces the risk of unforeseen issues during the project.
