Permitting Review Clause Samples
Permitting Review. This shall be assessed as part of the non-recurring Microwave Preparation Fee as specified in Exhibit B for BellSouth Property and Services Management and/or Project Managers whose time was reasonably necessary and actually spent reviewing permitting material and/or assisting Fuzion in the permitting process. BellSouth shall have final approval authority on all proposed conditions, (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) imposed by relevant jurisdictions and BellSouth shall have the right to be represented at all hearings in connection with governmental approvals.
Permitting Review. USWC shall have final approval authority on all proposed conditions, (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) imposed by relevant jurisdictions and USWC shall have the right to be represented at all hearings in connection with governmental approvals.
Permitting Review. The subject property is located outside of City limits and will therefore require permitting through Washington County or annexation of the property by the City to be utilized for the stormwater facility. Consultant shall review permitting requirements for each process and discuss permitting with Washington County and the City to develop a permit strategy for the project. The data collected in Tasks 5A through 5E will be incorporated into the siting study report.
