Common use of Initial Staffing Plan Clause in Contracts

Initial Staffing Plan. The Company shall be staffed with personnel in accordance with the Initial Staffing Plan agreed to by the Members (the “Initial Staffing Plan”), which sets forth the name and job title of each salaried or management seconded personnel of the Company. All subsequent staffing plans for the Company (each a “Subsequent Staffing Plan”) shall be incorporated into the Annual Business Plan and the Rolling Business Plan of the Company and shall include (i) each salaried or management direct employee of the Company, (ii) each salaried or management seconded personnel of the Company, and (iii) the approximate number of hourly direct employees of the Company.
