Common use of Initial Term and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Initial Term and Renewals. This Agreement will become effective as of the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated as provided below or as otherwise agreed, remain effective for an initial term of twelve (12) months following the first date of public availability of the Licensor Content on a Content Page within a Yahoo Property (the "Initial Term").
