Common use of Initial Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Initial Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years commencing on January 1, 2010, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article 6 hereof; provided, however, that Executive’s obligations in Article 5 hereof shall continue in effect after such termination as set forth in Article 6 hereof.

Initial Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years commencing on January 1December 31, 20102014 (the “Effective Date”), unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article 6 hereof; provided, however, that Executive’s obligations in Article 5 hereof shall continue in effect after such termination as set forth in Article 6 hereof. Until the Effective Date, Executive’s current Employment Agreement, dated as of December 31, 2009 (including all compensation adjustments approved to date), shall continue to be in full force and effect.
