Initial Term of Employment. The initial term of employment under this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years commencing on January 1, 2010, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Article 6 hereof; provided, however, that Executive’s obligations in Article 5 hereof shall continue in effect after such termination as set forth in Article 6 hereof.
