Initial Track Selection. Unit members assigned to Special Education shall be assigned as necessary to programs and school sites to meet the needs of the District. The interdisciplinary teams shall meet each year with the Director of Special Education Services/SELPA to discuss recommendations concerning the assignment of staff. In the event of involuntary transfers, Special Education unit members shall be consulted prior to the involuntary transfer and shall be notified as soon as it is known a transfer may be necessary.
