Common use of Initial Trustees Clause in Contracts

Initial Trustees. Upon his execution of this Declaration of Trust or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepts such Trusteeship and agrees to the provisions hereof, each of Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx., Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx shall become a Trustee hereof.
