Common use of Initiating Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT iNetworks determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT iNetworks shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s iNetworks’ intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s iNetworks’ trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s iNetworks’ notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT iNetworks shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT WCS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT WCS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTWCS’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTWCS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTWCS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT WCS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PNG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PNG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPNG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPNG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPNG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PNG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CBB determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CBB shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCBB’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCBB’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCBB’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CBB shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CSTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CSTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCSTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCSTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCSTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CSTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If ENT Emergency determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Emergency shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network to be established in the relevant LATA LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTEmergency’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ENTEmergency’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTthe Emergency’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Emergency shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Princeton determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Princeton shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPrinceton’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPrinceton’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPrinceton’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Princeton shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Ymax determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Ymax shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTYmax’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTYmax’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTYmax’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Ymax shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Ymax determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Ymax shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTYmax’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTYmax’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTXxxx’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Ymax shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CCA determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CCA shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCCA’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCCA’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCCA’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CCA shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNL’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNL’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNL’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT NL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Connectel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Connectel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTConnectel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTConnectel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTConnectel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Connectel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Covista determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Covista shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCovista’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCovista’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCovista’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Covista shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT ECI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT ECI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTECI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTECI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTECI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT ECI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PW determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PW shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPW’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPW’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPW’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PW shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Voxbeam determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Voxbeam shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTVoxbeam’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTVoxbeam’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTVoxbeam’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Voxbeam shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT New Horizons determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT New Horizons shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNew Horizons’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNew Horizons’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNew Horizons’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT New Horizons shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Wide Voice determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Wide Voice shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTWide Voice’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTWide Voice’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTWide Voice’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Wide Voice shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CTT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CTT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCTT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCTT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCTT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CTT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT VNCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT VNCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTVNCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTVNCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTVNCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT VNCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Ygnition determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Ygnition shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTYgnition’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTYgnition’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTYgnition’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Ygnition shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NexGen determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NexGen shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNexGen’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNexGen’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNexGen’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT NexGen shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Global Link determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Global Link shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTGlobal Link’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTGlobal Link’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTGlobal Link’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Global Link shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT ATI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT ATI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTATI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTATI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTATI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT ATI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT TNCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT TNCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTTNCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTTNCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTTNCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT TNCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Globetel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Globetel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTGlobetel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTGlobetel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTGlobetel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Globetel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MHT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MHT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMHT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMHT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMHT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MHT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT API determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT API shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTAPI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTAPI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTAPI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT API shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Navtel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Navtel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNavtel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNavtel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNavtel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Navtel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Cost Plus determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Cost Plus shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCost Plus’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCost Plus’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCost Plus’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Cost Plus shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MLTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MLTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMLTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMLTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMLTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MLTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT KDL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT KDL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTKDL’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTKDL’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTKDL’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT KDL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT BullsEye determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT BullsEye shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network BullsEye-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTBullsEye’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTBullsEye’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 14.3 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTBullsEye’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BullsEye shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in -IP(s), the new LATA BullsEye-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT 365 determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT 365 shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT365’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT365’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT365’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT 365 shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Citrix determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Citrix shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCitrix’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCitrix’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCitrix’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Citrix shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT LNS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT LNS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTLNS’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTLNS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTLNS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT LNS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Selectel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Selectel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTSelectel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTSelectel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTSelectel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Selectel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NLG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NLG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNLG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNLG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNLG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT NLG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If ENT Advent determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this this‌ Agreement, ENT Advent shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTAdvent’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTAdvent’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTAdvent’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Advent shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Comcast determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Comcast shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTComcast’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTComcast’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTComcast’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Comcast shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CBAD determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CBAD shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCBAD’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCBAD’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCBAD’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CBAD shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PNG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PNG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPNG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPNG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPNG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PNG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CPV determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CPV shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCPV’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCPV’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCPV’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CPV shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT InteleTel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT InteleTel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTInteleTel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTInteleTel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTInteleTel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT InteleTel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT BLC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT BLC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s BLC s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s BLC s trunking requirements reqiurements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of ENT’s BLC s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BLC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT API determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT API shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTAPI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTAPI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTAPI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT API shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Lightcore determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Lightcore shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTLightcore’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTLightcore’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTLightcore’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Lightcore shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Denali determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Denali shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network to be established in the relevant LATA LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTDenali’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ENTDenali’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTthe Denali’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Denali shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT EMW determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT EMW shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network to be established in the relevant LATA LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTEMW’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ENTEMW’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection.; and (f) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTthe EMW’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT EMW shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT BCN determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT BCN shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTBCN’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTBCN’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTBCN’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BCN shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Bandwidth determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Bandwidth shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTBandwidth’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTBandwidth’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTBandwidth’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Bandwidth shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Xxxx Tell determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Xxxx Tell shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTXxxx Tell’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTXxxx Tell’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTXxxx Tell’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Xxxx Tell shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PN determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PN shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPN’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPN’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection.of 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPN’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PN shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Syniverse determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Syniverse shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTSyniverse’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTSyniverse’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTSyniverse’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Syniverse shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MCIm determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MCIm shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMCIm’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMCIm’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMCIm’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MCIm shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT XXX determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT XXX shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s XXX’x intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s XXX’x trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s XXX’x notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT XXX shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT D-Max determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT D-Max shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTD-Max’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTD-Max’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTD-Max’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT D-Max shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Hello Depot determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Hello Depot shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTHello Depot’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTHello Depot’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTHello Depot’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Hello Depot shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If ENT Northstar determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Northstar shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNorthstar’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNorthstar’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNorthstar’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Northstar shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT North Atlantic determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT North Atlantic shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNorth Atlantic’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNorth Atlantic’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNorth Atlantic’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT North Atlantic shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MMG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MMG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMMG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMMG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMMG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MMG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Northstar determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Northstar shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNorthstar’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNorthstar’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNorthstar’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Northstar shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NOW Communications, Inc. determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NOW Communications, Inc. shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network NOW Communications, Inc.-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNOW Communications, Inc.’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNOW Communications, Inc.’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNOW Communications, Inc.’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment4.1, Verizon and ENT NOW Communications, Inc. shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in -IP(s), the new LATA NOW Communications, Inc.-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Synergem determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Synergem shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTSynergem’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTSynergem’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTSynergem’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Synergem shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Airus determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Airus shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTAirus’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTAirus’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTAirus’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Airus shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Covista determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Covista shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCovista’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCovista’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCovista’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Covista shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PacOptic determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PacOptic shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPacOptic’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPacOptic’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPacOptic’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PacOptic shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If ENT BullsEye determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this this‌ Agreement, ENT BullsEye shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network BullsEye-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTBullsEye’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTBullsEye’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 14.3 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTBullsEye’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BullsEye shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in -IP(s), the new LATA BullsEye-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT BUL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT BUL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s Vedzon's network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s BUL's intended Interconnection activation activation 4.3 date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s BUL'e trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 . The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s 's receipt of ENT’s BUL's notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BUL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in the new LATA LATA. and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.Transmission and Routing of Telephone Exchange Service Traffic

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT GCTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT GCTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTGCTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTGCTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTGCTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT GCTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT DSLnet determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT DSLnet shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTDSLnet’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTDSLnet’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTDSLnet’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT DSLnet shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT InterGlobe determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT InterGlobe shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTInterGlobe’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTInterGlobe’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTInterGlobe’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT InterGlobe shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT McGraw determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT XxXxxx shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s XxXxxx’x intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMcGraw’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s XxXxxx’x notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT XxXxxx shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MPCS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MPCS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network to be established in the relevant LATA LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMPCS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ENTMPCS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection.; and (f) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTthe MPCS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MPCS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT QuantumShift determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT QuantumShift shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTQuantumShift’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTQuantumShift’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTQuantumShift’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT QuantumShift shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NHC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NHC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNHC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNHC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNHC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT NHC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Smartrak determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Smartrak shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTSmartrak’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTSmartrak’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTSmartrak’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Smartrak shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Xxxxxx determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Xxxxxx shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTXxxxxx’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTXxxxxx’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTXxxxxx’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Xxxxxx shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT CCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT CCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTCCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTCCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTCCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT CCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If ENT ECI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services Services‌ and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT ECI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTECI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTECI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTECI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT ECI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT One Voice determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT One Voice shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTOne Voice’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTOne Voice’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of VerizonXxxxxxx’s receipt of ENTOne Voice’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT One Voice shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT dishNet determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT dishNet shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTdishNet’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTdishNet’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTdishNet’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT dishNet shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Nettalk determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Nettalk shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTNettalk’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTNettalk’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTNettalk’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Nettalk shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT MMG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT MMG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTMMG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTMMG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTMMG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT MMG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Prospeed determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Prospeed shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTProspeed’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTProspeed’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTProspeed’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Prospeed shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT WiMacTel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT WiMacTel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTWiMacTel’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTWiMacTel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTWiMacTel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT WiMacTel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT BLC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT BLC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTBLC’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTBLC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTBLC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT BLC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Xxxxxxxx determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Xxxxxxxx shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s Xxxxxxxx’x intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s Xxxxxxxx’x trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s Xxxxxxxx’x notice provided for in Section 4.1of 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Xxxxxxxx shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT PEG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT PEG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTPEG’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTPEG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTPEG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT PEG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Onvoy determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Onvoy shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTOnvoy’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTOnvoy’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTOnvoy’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Onvoy shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Hypercube determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Hypercube shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTHypercube’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTHypercube’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTHypercube’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Hypercube shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT TQCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT TQCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTTQCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTTQCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTTQCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT TQCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT SLT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT SLT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTSLT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTSLT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTSLT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT SLT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Slt determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Slt shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s Slt s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s trunking requirements Slt s trunkingerquirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of ENT’s Slt s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Slt shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT Threshold determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT Threshold shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTThreshold’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTThreshold’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTThreshold’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT Threshold shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT NHC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT NHC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s NHC s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s NHC s trunking requirements rqeuirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of ENT’s NHC s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT NHC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ENT TWCIS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT TWCIS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENTTWCIS’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENTTWCIS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENTTWCIS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT TWCIS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
