Common use of Initiating Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICG-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICG-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Premiere determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Premiere shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGPremiere-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGPremiere’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGPremiere’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGPremiere’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Premiere shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGPremiere-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGNOS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG NOS shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGNOS-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG VarTec determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG VarTec shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGVarTec-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGVarTec’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGVarTec’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGVarTec’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG VarTec shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGVarTec-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICG’s GNAPs’ notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG GNAPs shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGGNAPs-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG D&E determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG D&E shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGD&E-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGD&E’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGD&E’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days business days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGD&E’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG D&E shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGD&E-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Reconex determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Reconex shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGReconex-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGReconex’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGReconex’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGReconex’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Reconex shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGReconex-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Ciera determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Ciera shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGCiera-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGCiera’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGCiera’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGCiera’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Ciera shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGCiera-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG GNAPs determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG GNAPs shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGGNAPs-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGGNAPs’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGGNAPs’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within W ithin ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGGNAPs’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG GNAPs shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGGNAPs-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Direct2Internet determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Direct2Internet shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGDirect2Internet-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGDirect2Internet’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGDirect2Internet’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days business days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGDirect2Internet’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Direct2Internet shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGDirect2Internet-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG DMJ determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG DMJ shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGDMJ-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGDMJ’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGDMJ’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGDMJ’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG DMJ shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGDMJ-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Winco determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Winco shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGWinco-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGWinco’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGWinco’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGWinco’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Winco shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGWinco-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG ECSI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG ECSI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGECSI-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGECSI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGECSI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGECSI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG ECSI shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGECSI-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Access Point determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Access Point shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGAccess Point-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGAccess Point’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGAccess Point’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGAccess Point’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Access Point shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGAccess Point-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Teleconex determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Teleconex shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGTeleconex-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGTeleconex’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGTeleconex’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGTeleconex’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Teleconex shall confirm the POI, Verizon-Verizon- IP(s), the ICGTeleconex-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG DSCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG DSCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGDSCI-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGDSCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGDSCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGDSCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG DSCI shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGDSCI-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.LATA.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Comcast determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon SCRTC in any LATA in which Verizon SCRTC also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Comcast shall provide written notice to Verizon SCRTC of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s)Rate Center(s) to be served; (b) the applicable POIs and ICG-IPs POI(s) to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGComcast’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGComcast’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.39.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request the Parties agree is required in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon SCRTC of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of VerizonSCRTC’s receipt of ICGComcast’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon SCRTC and ICG Comcast shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICG-IP(sPOI(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Pac-West determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Pac-West shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 . The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable Pac-West POIs and ICG-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICG’s Pac-West's intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICG’s Pac-West's trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.317.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 . The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s 's receipt of ICG’s Pac-West's notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Pac-West shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s)Verizon POIs, the ICGPac-IP(s) West POIs and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG GNAPS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG GNAPS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGGNAPS-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGGNAPS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGGNAPS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGGNAPS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG GNAPS shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGGNAPS-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGXxxx Telecom’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Xxxx Telecom shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGXxxx Telecom-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGRVP’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG RVP shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGRVP-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG FRCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG FRCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGFRCI-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGFRCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGFRCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGFRCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG FRCI shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGFRCI-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Prepaid determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Prepaid shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGPrepaid-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGPrepaid’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGPrepaid’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG Intrado determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG Intrado shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGIntrado-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGIntrado’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGIntrado’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGIntrado’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG Intrado shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGIntrado-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG BTI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG BTI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 5.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGBTI-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGBTI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGBTI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days business days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGBTI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG BTI shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGBTI-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG NUI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG NUI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGNUI-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGNUI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGNUI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGNUI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG NUI shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGNUI-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. 4.1 If ICG VarTec determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ICG VarTec shall provide provi de written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable POIs and ICGVarTec-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ICGVarTec’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of ICGVarTec’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ICGVarTec’s notice provided for in Section 4.1, Verizon and ICG VarTec shall confirm the POI, Verizon-IP(s), the ICGVarTec-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
