Initiation of Negotiations. A written request to negotiate shall be submitted by the Association President to the Superintendent or by the Superintendent to the President of the Association no earlier than one hundred-twenty (120) days not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the Agreement. Traditional negotiations procedures may be modified.
