DETAILS a. A detail is the temporary assignment of an employee to a different position or to a different set of duties for a specific period within the same grade with no promotion potential, with the employee returning to his or her regular duties at the end of the detail. The employee continues to be the incumbent of the position from which detailed. b. Management may detail an employee to a different position or to different set of duties at any time, for any reason management deems to be appropriate and in the interest of accomplishing the Agency mission. Management may consider employee hardship requests to excuse an employee from a detail assignment.
DETAILS. (1) Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the contact information being displayed in the Whois of a privacy protected Domain Order will be those designated by the Registrar, and
(1) any mail received via post at this Address would be rejected;
(2) any telephone call received at this Telephone Number, would be greeted with an electronic answering machine requesting the caller to email the email address listed in the Whois of this privacy protected domain name;
(3) the sender of any email to an email address listed in the Whois of this privacy protected domain name, will get an automated response email asking them to visit the URL xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ to contact the Registrant, Administrative, Billing or Technical Contact of a privacy protected domain name through an online form. This message would be relayed as an email message via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ to the actual Registrant, Administrative, Billing or Technical Contact email address in the OrderBox Database.
(2) Registrant agrees that we can not guarantee delivery of messages to either the Registrant, Administrative, Billing, Technical Contact, or Customer of a privacy protected Order, and that such message may not be delivered in time or at all, for any reason whatsoever. Registrar and Service Providers disclaim any and all liability associated with non-delivery of any messages relating to the Domain Order and this service.
(3) Registrant understands that the Privacy Protection Service is only available for certain TLDs.
(4) Irrespective of whether Privacy Protection is enabled or not, Registrants are required to fulfill their obligations of providing true and accurate contact information as detailed in the Agreement.
(5) Registrant understands and acknowledges that Registrar in its sole, unfettered discretion, can discontinue providing Privacy Protection Services on the Order for any purpose, including but not limited to:
(1) when required by a valid court order;
(2) when required by the applicable registry rules or policies;
(3) pursuant to any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement agency;
(4) when the registrant fails to renew the service;
(5) when required to respond to an ICANN approved UDRP or URS service provider;
(6) when a domain name is suspended for a violation of Registrar-Registrant agreement, Acceptable usage policy, or other Terms of services applicable to the customer, domain name or whois privacy service;

DETAILS. The sick pay entitlement may be applied to an approved non- WCB related medical leave of absence; where the employee has contacted the appropriate Department Manager as required by Company Policy and if requested, where the employee has provided a satisfactory medical certificate. The sick pay entitlement can be approved/booked in advance to replace a full shift in conjunction with an approved medical leave of absence and/or for hospitalization, surgery, or out-patient treatment. A medical certificate may be required. When an employee is required to be absent for a full shift in order to attend medical, dental, or other medical specialist appointment that cannot be booked outside of work hours, the sick pay benefit can be approved/booked in advance. Proof of attendance at the appointment(s) may be required. The sick pay entitlement will not apply to partial shifts missed. Where the employee is not able to complete a shift due to a serious illness or injury, the employee will be paid for the remainder of the uncompleted shift as outlined in Article 23. The sick pay entitlement will not be used during or to extend a vacation period or a regular unpaid leave of absence unless specifically approved by the Department Manager. The Department Manager may require the employee to provide a medical certificate confirming that the employee was ill or injured during the vacation or leave of absence. An employee commencing pregnancy leave is not entitled to the sick pay benefit unless the employee has provided a satisfactory medical certificate. If an employee accumulates more than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of non-medical leave of absences (in any qualifying period), he or she will have his or her remaining sick pay benefit entitlement pro-rated accordingly. The sick pay entitlement policy will allow employees to call in sick when a day off is required due to illness, illness of an immediate family member, or an emergent situation. The sick pay entitlement will be subject to Company policies and practices as issued from time to time.

DETAILS. If an employee is temporarily ordered or designated to perform all or a substantial portion of the essential duties that are normally those of a higher job classification, the employee should be detailed to the higher classification under Section 16.04, below.
DETAILS. 1. In the event that an employee is detailed to another position, that employee's vacated position will not be permanently filled by another employee. Upon the expiration of the detail, the detailed employee will be returned to his/her former position.
2. Any employee who is involuntarily detailed outside of his/her assignment for more than thirty (30) days shall have the opportunity to challenge the detail to the Deputy Commissioner of his/her corresponding bureau.
DETAILS. A. Local Agreements will address procedures for effecting details.
B. In addition to helping meet mission needs, details are a way of broadening experience and demonstrating ability to perform at a higher level. Employees with disabilities who are serving under excepted appointments may be considered for details.
C. An official record shall be made by the Employer of any detail over 30 days. For any detail over 30 days, the Employer shall file a copy of the Request for Personnel Action, including a written statement of duties and responsibilities, as a permanent part of the employee's Electronic Official Personnel Folder (EOPF).
D. Upon request, an employee may have a detail of less than 30 days made a matter of record in his/her EOPF.
E. Details will be used judiciously and will be terminated as soon as the Employer determines the need for the detail no longer exists.
F. When an employee is to be detailed to a higher graded position for more than 30 calendar days, he/she shall be temporarily promoted and paid at the higher rate.
G. The Employer will not repeatedly detail an employee for thirty (30) calendar days or less solely to avoid temporarily promoting employees performing higher graded duties.
H. Employees will be given as much advance notice as practicable when a detail which is expected to last from one (1) day to one (1) workweek. Employees will normally be given at least seven calendar days advance written notice of a detail which is expected to last from one work week up to thirty (30) calendar days.
