Initiation of Negotiations. X. Xxxxxx party may initiate negotiations by serving notice upon the other party of a desire to negotiate at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract. B. A request from the Association shall be sent to the Superintendent. A request from the Board shall be sent to the President of the Association. C. Within one (1) week of the request, a mutually convenient meeting date shall be arranged.
