Common use of Initiation of Review Clause in Contracts

Initiation of Review. The City's Community Development Director shall initiate the annual review by giving to Developer thirty (30) days' written notice that the City intends to undertake such review. The notice shall specify the date on which a public hearing on the annual review shall be conducted by the City Council, as required by Section 604 of the Development Agreement Procedures.
