Common use of Initiation Phase Clause in Contracts

Initiation Phase. 6.2 Maintel will conduct a number of workshops including, but not limited to: a project kick off to ensure the scope and requirements are validated with timescales, dependencies, and responsibilities clearly defined; and a risk workshop, the objective of which is to identify all potential risks, grade the risks, agree on mitigation, and assign owners.
