Injury-In-Line-Of-Duty Eligibility. In order to be considered for injury-in-line-of-duty leave, 13 the following conditions must be met: 14 (a) Written Testimony: The employee must provide written testimony, in addition to 15 his/her oral testimony, that his/her injury was received in the line of duty.
