Common use of Injury Reports Clause in Contracts

Injury Reports. 25.01 If an employee is injured at work, he or she must cause an accident report to be made electronically to a supervisor or administrator within twenty-four (24) hours of the event causing the injury. The Superintendent, the Superintendent’s designee or the Business Manager may require the employee to be examined by a physician or other health care provider of the administration’s choice, with the Board paying the cost of such exam. Such examination must be due to such injury.
