OAPFF Officer Clause Samples
The 'OAPFF Officer' clause defines who is recognized as an officer of the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters (OAPFF) within the context of the agreement. This clause typically specifies the roles or titles that qualify as officers, such as president, vice president, or secretary, and may outline their authority or responsibilities in relation to the contract. By clearly identifying these individuals, the clause ensures that communications, decisions, and official actions are properly attributed and that only authorized representatives act on behalf of the OAPFF, thereby preventing confusion or disputes over representation.
