Inservice Points Clause Samples
The "Inservice Points" clause defines how points or credits are awarded to individuals, typically employees or educators, for participating in approved professional development or training activities while actively employed. This clause outlines the criteria for earning such points, such as attending workshops, completing courses, or engaging in other recognized inservice programs. Its core function is to provide a structured system for tracking and recognizing ongoing professional growth, which can be used for career advancement, salary increases, or meeting certification requirements.
Inservice Points. Upon request, instructional personnel shall receive an annual compilation of accumulated inservice points for the current certification period.
Inservice Points. Salary Schedule Movement will be allowed using Inservice Points under the following guidelines:
A. Teacher must have an approved Individual Professional Development Plan.
Inservice Points. All Inservice Points earned prior to the 1991-92 school year can be used for salary schedule movement beginning with the 1991-92 contract year. Points earned must be a part of an approved Individual Development Plan (IDP).
