Common use of Insider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Insider Contracts. 28.1 There is not outstanding and there has not at any time during the last six years been outstanding any contract or legally binding arrangement to which the Company is a party and in which either of the Vendors or any director or employee of the Company is or has been interested, whether directly or indirectly, and the Company is not a party to, nor have its profits or financial position during such period been affected by, any contract or arrangement which is not of an entirely arm's length nature.
