In particular, the Participant may be prohibited from effectuating certain transactions involving Shares if the Participant has inside information about the Company. If the Participant is uncertain whether the insider-trading rules apply to him or her, the Participant should consult his or her personal legal advisor. By accepting the Agreement and participating in the Plan, the Participant acknowledges having read and understood this notification and acknowledges that it is the Participant’s responsibility to comply with the following Dutch insider-trading rules.
