Exchange Control Notification. Exchange control reporting is required for cash transactions exceeding A$10,000 and international fund transfers. If there is an Australian bank assisting with the transaction, the Australian bank will file the report for the Participant. If there is no Australian bank involved in the transaction, the Participant must file the report.

Exchange Control Notification. You must repatriate all proceeds received from the sale of the shares to India within 90 days after sale. You will receive a foreign inward remittance certificate (“FIRC”) from the bank where you deposit the foreign currency. You should maintain the FIRC as evidence of the repatriation of funds in the event that the Reserve Bank of India or the employer requests proof of repatriation.
Exchange Control Notification. Cross-border payments in connection with the sale of securities or any dividends received in relation to Shares in excess of €12,500 must be reported monthly to the German Federal Bank. The Participant is responsible for satisfying the reporting obligation and must file the report electronically by the fifth day of the month following the month in which the payment is made. A copy of the form can be accessed via the German Federal Bank’s website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx and is available in both German and English. No report is required for payments less than €12,500. There are no country-specific provisions.
Exchange Control Notification. The Participant understands that the Performance Units are subject to compliance with the exchange control requirements of the Reserve Bank of India. Exchange Control Notification. The acquisition, ownership and sale of Ordinary Shares under the Plan must be declared for statistical purposes to the Spanish Dirección General de Comercio e Inversiones (the “DGCI”), the Bureau for Commerce and Investments, which is a department of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Generally, the declaration must be made each January for Ordinary Shares owned as of December 31 of the prior year; however, if the amount of Ordinary Shares acquired or sold exceeds a specific threshold, the declaration must be filed within one month of the acquisition or sale, as applicable.
