Inspection and Examination. 11.1 The Company will for a period of two years commencing on Acceptance of the Development Work retain all receipts and vouchers for all expenditure incurred in respect of the Development Work for inspection by the BBC at any time during business hours (on reasonable notice). 11.2 The BBC may inspect and examine the Company’s books and records and all other documents relating to the Development Work. Such inspection shall be made on reasonable prior notice and during normal business hours on a date or dates to be agreed between the parties.
