Inspection and notice to repair. To permit the Landlord and all persons authorized by the Landlord to enter the Premises at all times during the Term upon reasonable prior notice (except in the case of emergency) to ascertain that the covenants and conditions contained in this lease have been duly observed and performed and to view the state of repair decoration and condition of the Premises and for such other reasonable purposes as the Landlord shall require (including sale and reletting) and to repair the Premises and rectify any other remediable breach of covenant as required by any notice given to the Tenant or left at the Premises by the Landlord or any such authorised person in accordance with the covenants contained in this lease and if the Tenant shall not within one month after service of such notice proceed diligently with the same or shall have failed to complete the same within two months to permit the Landlord to enter upon the Premises with all necessary workmen and equipment to execute such work or rectify such other remediable breach of covenant and to pay to the landlord as a debt all expenses incurred by the Landlord in connection with the same (including legal and surveyor's fees) on demand

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.

  • Inspection of Premises Landlord and Landlord's agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof to enter the Premises for the purpose of inspecting the Premises and all buildings and improvements thereon. And for the purposes of making any repairs, additions or alterations as may be deemed appropriate by Landlord for the preservation of the Premises or the building. Landlord and its agents shall further have the right to exhibit the Premises and to display the usual "for sale", "for rent" or "vacancy" signs on the Premises at any time within forty-five (45) days before the expiration of this Lease. The right of entry shall likewise exist for the purpose of removing placards, signs, fixtures, alterations or additions, that do not conform to this Agreement or to any restrictions, rules or regulations affecting the Premises.

  • Inspection of Property; Books and Records; Discussions Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.
