Common use of Inspection and Reports Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Reports. Upon five (5) days advance written notice, and at any time after any default, each Debtor shall allow Secured Party, by or through any of its agents, to examine and inspect during regular business hours the Collateral wherever located and all books, records and documentation with respect thereto, and to make copies or extracts from such books, records and documentation as Secured Party, at its own expense, may deem to be advisable.
