Common use of Inspection and Testing Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Testing. 6.1. If expressly agreed in the contract, the purchaser shall be entitled to have the quality of the materials used and the parts of the instruments, both during manufacture and when completed, inspected and checked by his authorized representatives. Such inspection and checking shall be carried out at the place of manufacture during normal working hours after agreement with the Vendor as to date and time.
