Common use of Inspection by Lessor Clause in Contracts

Inspection by Lessor. (S)13.01. Lessee shall permit Lessor and Lessor's agents, representatives, and employees to enter into and on the leased premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, making repairs or alterations to the premises, or any other purposes necessary to protect Lessor's interest in the leased premises or to perform Lessor's duties under this lease.

Inspection by Lessor. (S)13.01. 13.01 Lessee shall permit Lessor and Lessor's agents, representatives, and employees its agents to enter into and on upon the leased premises at all reasonable times upon reasonable prior notice for the purpose of inspection, maintenance, inspecting the same or for the purpose of maintaining or making repairs or alterations to the premises, or any other purposes necessary to protect Lessor's interest in the leased premises or to perform Lessor's duties under this leaseImprovements.

Inspection by Lessor.
