Inspection No Waiver. No inspection by the Awarding Authority or the Designer or employees or agents of either of them, and no order, measurement, certificate, approval, payment order, payment, acceptance or any other action or inaction of any of them, shall operate as a waiver by the Awarding Authority of any provision of this Contract.
