Common use of Inspection Not Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Inspection Not Acceptance. The Buyer’s inspection of the Equipment or its failure to inspect shall not relieve the Seller of its obligation to fulfill the requirements of this Contract, nor is it to be construed as acceptance by the Buyer.

Inspection Not Acceptance. The BuyerPurchaser’s inspection of the Equipment Work (including, but not limited to, the Equipment) or its failure to inspect shall not relieve the Seller of any of its obligation to fulfill the requirements of obligations under this Contract, nor is shall it give rise to any responsibility or liability of Purchaser for any defect or deficiency in the inspected Work nor shall it to be construed as acceptance of such Work by the BuyerPurchaser.
