SHIPPER will ensure that all empty containers or trailers tendered for loading will be inspected before loading and to reject any equipment that is not in apparent suitable condition to protect and preserve the cargo during transportation. SHIPPER will immediately notify B.O.G in writing of any rejected equipment.
