Inspection of Materials Furnished by Operator. Contractor agrees to visually inspect all materials furnished by Operator before using same and to notify Operator of any apparent defects therein. Contractor shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of materials furnished by Operator, and Operator shall release Contractor from, and shall protect, defend and indemnify Contractor from and against, any such liability.
