Inspection of Premises and other investigations. 2.1.1 The Service Provider shall be deemed to have inspected the premises (including any equipment) where the Services are to be performed before tendering and otherwise to have understood the nature and extent of the services to be provided and be satisfied in relation to all matters connected with the performance of the Contract.
