Common use of INSPECTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Clause in Contracts

INSPECTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. The Owner’s Representative may, at any time or place, inspect the services performed and the work products, including documents and reports. No matter what type of contract is employed, and in addition to any specific standards of quality set out in this agreement, the Owner’s Representative may reject any services or products that do not meet the requirements of this Comprehensive Agreement. No payment will be due for any services or products rejected under this clause.
