Inspection of Records and Work Performed. 1. The state and its authorized representatives shall, at all reasonable times, have the right to enter the selected Contractor’s premises, or other places where duties under the resulting contract are performed. All inspections and evaluations shall be performed in such a manner as not to unduly delay work.

All inspections and evaluations shall be performed in such a manner as not to unduly delay work. Persons duly authorized by the Agency and federal auditors, pursuant to 45 CFR, Part 74 and/or 45 CFR, Part 92, shall have full access to and the right to examine any of said records and documents.
