Inspection of Relocated Utilities. TriMet shall also allow City engineers and/or inspectors or consulting engineers/inspectors to inspect any relocation of utility conduits, lines, poles, mains, pipes, and other facilities to determine whether they have been relocated or installed in accordance with the contract documents and the City/TriMet Agreement and permits for the Project.
