Inspection of Site. Contractor has visited sites where Work is to be performed and has become acquainted with all conditions affecting the Work. Contractor warrants that it has made such examinations as it deems necessary to determine the condition of the Work sites, its accessibility to materials, workmen and equipment, and to determine the Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements. No claim for allowances–time or money–will be allowed as to such matters.
