Common use of Inspection of Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Work Performed. The State’s authorized representatives must at all reasonable times and with 10 days prior written request, have the right to enter Contractor’s premises, or any other places, where the Services are being performed, and must have access, upon reasonable request, to interim drafts of Deliverables or work-in- progress. Upon 10 Days prior written notice and at all reasonable times, the State’s representatives must be allowed to inspect, monitor, or otherwise evaluate the work being performed and to the extent that the access will not reasonably interfere or jeopardize the safety or operation of the systems or facilities. Contractor must provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the State’s representatives.
