Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.

DATA ESCROW REQUIREMENTS Registry Operator will engage an independent entity to act as data escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”) for the provision of data escrow services related to the Registry Agreement. Contracting Information Requirements Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 552.372(a) of the Texas Government Code. Except as provided by Section 552.374(c) of the Texas Government Code, the requirements of Subchapter J (Additional Provisions Related to Contracting Information), Chapter 552 of the Government Code, may apply to the Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.

Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.
