Project Requirements definition

Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;
Project Requirements means collectively the Construction Requirements, and O&M Requirements or any of them as the context may admit or require.
Project Requirements means the Province’s specifications and requirements for the Project, as set out in Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements), and including any amendments made or deemed to be made from time to time pursuant to any provision of this Agreement;

  • ENGINEER shall prepare for the State an initial accounting of how the Project may respond to the State’s Project Requirements in the Basis of Design.

  • Design-Builder may at any time submit a proposal to the City (an “Innovation Proposal”) to implement modifications to the Project or the Project Requirements, including through innovation or value engineering, for the purpose of achieving efficiencies, reducing the Payments or the overall cost to the City of the Infrastructure or the operation or Maintenance of the Infrastructure or realizing other benefits.

More Definitions of Project Requirements

Project Requirements. A document developed and published that contains the criteria necessary for the design of a Project.
Project Requirements means any requirements of Select notified to the Supplier in writing and specific to the particular Site or project for which the Plant is ordered.
Project Requirements means, for any project proposed to be included as a Project pursuant to the terms of this Loan Agreement, the requirements listed in Exhibit B.
