INSPECTION SYSTEM. Clause 11.1 - Anatel will inspect the services in order to ensure the performance of the commitments provided herein. Paragraph 1 - Inspection to be performed by Anatel will comprise inspection and follow up of the activities, equipment and facilities of the AUTHORIZED COMPANY, therefore implying in ample access to all data and information of the AUTHORIZED COMPANY or of third parties. Paragraph 2 - The information collected during the carrying out of the inspection activities, will be published in the Library, except those that, according to the AUTHORIZED COMPANY's request, are considered confidential by Xxxxxx. Paragraph 3 - The information that are considered confidential under the conditions of the prior paragraph, may only be used in the procedures co-related to this Instrument of Authorization. Anatel and those indicated by Xxxxxx, will be responsible for any full or restrict disclosure of such information beyond the scope of utilization.

INSPECTION SYSTEM. The Contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Authority covering the work under this Contract. The Contractor shall maintain and make available to the Authority complete records of all inspections and tests performed by the Contractor during Contract performance and for as long as the Contract requires.
INSPECTION SYSTEM. ANATEL shall carry out inspections of the service granted herein in order to ensure compliance with the prerequisites of universal service and continuity, which are an inherent part of the public service being provided. It shall also ensure fulfillment of the objectives and commitments set forth in this Agreement.

Section 3 - Any information classified as confidential according to the previous item will only be used in the proceedings related to this Letter of Authorization, and XXXXXX and those appointed by XXXXXX will be accountable for any disclosure, broad or restricted, of such information for other purposes. PROVISION 11.2 - The AUTHORIZED PARTY, through its appointed representative, will be authorized to monitor any and all inspection activity by ANATEL, but cannot prevent or obstruct the inspection, under penalty of being subject to the sanctions of the regulation.

INSPECTION SYSTEM. The Contractor’s inspection system shall contain measures for prompt detection of any condition that fails to conform to the contract requirements. Corrective action procedures shall include, as a minimum, action to correct the deficiency and necessary measures to prevent recurrence of such deficiencies. Performance Evaluation Meetings. Each Task Order shall specify the method and frequency of Performance Evaluation Meetings. The PCO/ACO or his representative shall hold these meetings as determined necessary. As a minimum, it shall include the following controls: • Inspection personnel: Sufficient trained inspectors shall be used to ensure that all materials, components and assemblies are inspected for conformance with the qualified bus design. • Inspection records: Acceptance, rework or rejection identification shall be attached to inspected articles. Articles that have been accepted as a result of approved materials review actions shall be identified. Articles that have been reworked to specified drawing configurations shall not require special identification. Articles rejected as unsuitable or scrap shall be plainly marked and controlled to prevent installation on the bus. Articles that become obsolete as a result of engineering changes or other actions shall be controlled to prevent unauthorized assembly or installation. Unusable articles shall be isolated and then scrapped. Discrepancies noted by the Contractor or resident inspectors during assembly shall be entered by the inspection personnel on a record that accompanies the major component, subassembly, assembly, or bus from start of assembly through final inspection. Actions shall be taken to correct discrepancies or deficiencies in the manufacturing processes, procedures or other conditions that cause articles to be in nonconformity with the requirements of the Contract specifications. The inspection personnel shall verify the corrective actions and xxxx the discrepancy record. If discrepancies cannot be corrected by replacing the nonconforming materials, then the CITY shall approve the modification, repair or method of correction to the extent that the Contract specifications are affected.
