INSPECTION SYSTEM. CLAUSE 19.1. - ANATEL shall carry out inspections of the service granted herein in order to ensure compliance with the prerequisites of universal service and continuity, which are an inherent part of the public service being provided. It shall also ensure fulfillment of the objectives and commitments set forth in this Agreement.
