Common use of Inspections Clause in Contracts

Inspections. The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer under the Servicing Standard to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, the Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and/or take such other actions as may be necessary or appropriate in accordance with the Servicing Standard or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Servicer shall keep a written report of each such inspection.

Inspections. The Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property as often as deemed necessary by the Servicer under the Servicing Standard to assure itself that the value of the Mortgaged Property is being preserved. In addition, the Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and/or take such other actions as may be necessary or appropriate in accordance with the Accepted Servicing Standard Practices or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The costs of such inspections shall be treated as Servicing Advances for which the Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and/or take such other actions as may be necessary or appropriate entitled to full reimbursement for in accordance with the Servicing Standard or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Servicer shall keep a written report of each such inspectionSection 2.05(iv).

The Servicer shall keep a written report of each such inspectioninspection and shall provide a copy of such inspection to Buyer upon the request of Buyer.

In addition, the Servicer shall inspect the Mortgaged Property and/or take such other actions as may be necessary or appropriate in accordance with the Servicing Standard or as may be required by the primary mortgage guaranty insurer. The Servicer shall keep a written record of each such inspection and, upon request, shall provide the Investor with an electronic report of each such inspection.
